However, if your purchase is damaged during delivery or you simply wish to return an item or cancel your order for any reason within 30 days, we will offer an exchange or full refund. If an order is deemed to have an incorrect total (due to an invalid shipping quote, an invalid discount being applied, incorrect taxation, etc.) the order will be canceled and a refund issued immediately.
